The project of former Playboy CMO Lorna Donohoe and husband Nader Naderi, both born and raised throughout Europe, Wilde is inspired by the brasseries and wine boîtes of their youth. The couple stripped the old 3Twenty Wine Lounge of its wine machines and added an extensive, personalized wine list that is meant to respect each bottle’s terroir. This means patrons in the mood for fish will be recommended a wine that comes from a small fishing town, paying homage to the wine’s roots.
